International Institute for Social Entrepreneurs

Not every day do you wake up, build an institution and begin changing the world!

The IISE is looking for highly motivated, creative and independent educators (we prefer the term “Catalysts”) who have the boldness to dream big and a passion to change the world. An entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of humour, a liberal mind set and an “anything is possible” attitude will be a great plus.

The role of the Catalyst is critical to building IISE into a world class institute. We expect our Catalysts to be role models and discussion partners for the participants, inspiring them to be the force of positive social change in our world.

An excellent written and verbal communication skill set in English, is a must.

In addition the ability to work in a collaborative team environment is critical; the IISE is a non-competitive, non-hierarchical environment where our sole focus is on nurturing our participants to be the leading social entrepreneurs of tomorrow.

We expect potential candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading corporation, educational institution or non-profit organization. We are also very open to candidates with a background in arts, theatre and music.

Areas of Expertise

We are looking for Catalysts/Educators with deep expertise in two or more of the following areas:

• Accounting and financial planning
• Organization building and leadership
• Project planning and management
• Fund raising and marketing
• Entrepreneurship
• Communication: verbal, written and public speaking

Compensation: Compensation falls within the upper third percentile of that currently offered by Indian NGO’s.
