The IISE has an excellent team of visiting catalysts, mentors, and foster families, along with regular administration staff, catalysts, and the staff of Center for Social Innovation.
We have a sublimely non-hierarchical set-up with the Directors onwards taking all measures possible to keep it that way. Our participants are treated not as students but ambassadors or experts representing their countries.
