PARTICIPANT CO-ORDINATOR
Rufus is a member of IISE academic and administrative support team. His main duties are Participant Welfare, which includes Participant Health Management, Participant Grievance Management, Participant Travel Management, Internship Coordination, Field trip coordination, coordinating the community outreach activities and Counseling.
Rufus is a MSW (Mater of Social Work) graduate and specialized in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and Administrative Law. He is also a member of Indian Red Cross Society and Association for Psychological Counseling.
